We have strong experience and are deeply networked in the Industrial, Data Center and Multifamily sectors. Recently these sectors accounted for the majority of our team’s search experience.
The remaining searches cover a diverse set of asset classes and strategies, including Retail, Life Sciences, Office, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Student Housing. We win and successfully execute on wide-ranging mandates outside our traditional core sectors by the strength of our search process, commitment, and effort.
Roles
A modern real estate firm has a complex organization structure and equally complex human capital needs. In recent years, our team’s search experience has primarily been in equity and debt-related investment management roles (e.g., acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, capital raising, and investor relations). We have also been active in senior-level finance, accounting, development and leasing roles.
